Lake Charles, LA – On July 23, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a local hospital in reference to a rape complaint. During the investigation, detectives were advised Joseph R. Perry, 45, Lake Charles, had sexually abused a family member under the age 12. The investigation revealed the abuse occurred on multiple occasions since 2023.
