Carter Sitig

Carter Sittig began his law enforcement career over 30 years ago, when he joined the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office in 1993.

 

Sittig has worked in Corrections and Livestock, but has spent the majority of his career in Enforcement.  While in Enforcement, he has served as a Field Training Officer, Shift Sergeant and Shift Lieutenant for the Patrol Division. He most recently served as the Captain over the K9, ACT – Team (Anti-Crime, Tactical, & Training Unit), Marine and Honor Guard.

 

A graduate of the Calcasieu Parish Regional Law Enforcement Academy, Sittig is a recipient of the FBI-LEEDA Leadership Trilogy Award. Throughout his career he has attended many law enforcement related schools and seminars, specializing in leadership and patrol operations.


Casey Williamson

Commander, Special Operations  |  Email 


Casey Williamson began his law enforcement career over 25 years ago with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office.  He has worked in several divisions including Corrections and Enforcement.  During his career he has served as Lieutenant on Patrol and over the CPSO ACT-Team (Anti-Crime, Tactical & Training Unit).  In 2019, Williamson was promoted to Captain in the Support Services Division, where he was most recently serving.   

 

Throughout his law enforcement career, he has been certified to teach many instructional courses, including Firearms, Defense Tactics, and ALERRT (Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training).  He has attended many law enforcement related schools and seminars and is a graduate of the 272nd Session FBI National Academy. 


Nick Fontenot

Commander, Investigations  |  Email


Nick Fontenot has worked for the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office for over 25 years. He has spent the majority of his career in the Enforcement division, where he worked his way up through the ranks and was promoted to Lieutenant. Fontenot also served as a Captain in Corrections and School Resources.  He most recently serves as Commander over Investigations. 

 

Throughout his law enforcement career, Fontenot has attended many law enforcement related schools and seminars, specializing in leadership and defensive tactics. He is a graduate of the Calcasieu Parish Regional Law Enforcement Academy with numerous hours of post certification training.


Casey Lafargue

Commander, Special Investigations  |  Email


Casey Lafargue began his career at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office in 2001.  After working several years in the Corrections Division, he transferred to the Enforcement Division.  He remained on Patrol for 10 years, progressing through the ranks of Senior Corporal and Sergeant.  During this time, he also became a member of the CPSO Dive Team and the CPSO Hostage Negotiation Team.

 

In 2014, Lafargue was transferred to the Investigations Division as a Violent Crimes Detective.  While assigned to the Violent Crimes Unit, he assisted and was lead investigator on numerous homicide and high profile investigations. In 2019, he was promoted to Lieutenant over the Violent Crimes Unit and was later promoted to Captain over the Investigations Division in January of 2023. 

 

Lafargue is a graduate of the Calcasieu Parish Regional Training Academy. Throughout his career, he has attended leadership training courses as well as numerous investigation related trainings.  Lafargue is a board member of the Louisiana Homicide Investigators Association. 


Brandon Strenth

Commander, Calcasieu Correctional Center  |  Email 


Brandon Strenth joined the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office in 2002, beginning his career in Corrections. 

 

He was promoted to Assistant Shift Supervisor in 2006 and Shift Lieutenant in 2012. In 2015, he was promoted to Assistant Warden at the Calcasieu Correctional Center and in 2019, was promoted to Warden at the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

 

Strenth is a graduate of the Calcasieu Parish Regional Training Academy and a graduate of the 267th Session of the FBI National Academy. Throughout his law enforcement career, he has attended many law enforcement related schools and seminars.


Chris Domingue

Commander, Calcasieu Sheriff's Prison  |  Email 


Christopher Domingue began his career with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office in the Corrections Division in 1996. Over the years, he has held numerous positions, including Shift Supervisor, Intake Supervisor, Shift Lieutenant, Purchasing and Safety Lieutenant, and Jail Records Lieutenant.  In 2015, Domingue was promoted to Assistant Warden in the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

 

Domingue has been actively involved in training new recruits as a Louisiana P.O.S.T. Correctional Instructor, and he has been a member of the Louisiana Sheriff's Association Jail Training Committee since 2018. 


Mike Fusillier

Commander, Strategic Operations  |  Email 


Mike Fusilier began his career at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office in 1992. He has worked in numerous departments including Enforcement and Investigations. Fusilier also served as a Lieutenant over Narcotics. In 2005, Fusilier was promoted to Captain and later Director over Fleet Operations.  He most recently served as Commander over Logistics. 

 

Throughout his law enforcement career, Fusilier has attended numerous training courses in investigations, narcotics, and fleet management. Fusilier is a graduate of the Calcasieu Parish Regional Law Enforcement Academy and a recipient of the FBI-LEEDA Leadership Trilogy Award. Prior to his career in law enforcement, Fusilier served in the United States Marine Corps during Desert Storm. 


Bob Nordan

Commander, Special Services  |  Email 


Bob Nordan started his career at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office in 2001 in Information Technology and became Supervisor and Security Auditor in 2004. In 2019, he was promoted to Captain in Special Services and manages Facility Security, Facility Maintenance, Construction/Disaster Management, Reserve and Aviation Division.   

 

Throughout his career in law enforcement, he has attended numerous courses in law enforcement technology, facility security and construction management.  Nordan graduated from the Calcasieu Parish Regional Law Enforcement Academy and is MARSEC Facility Security Officer certified. 


Mike Walker

Commander, Support Services  |  Email 


Mike Walker began his law enforcement career at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office in 1997. He has worked in several departments, including Corrections, Enforcement, Investigations, Special Services and Support Services. During his career Walker was a member of the CPSO Honor Guard, has served as a Sergeant on Patrol, Lieutenant over the CPSO ACT-T Team (Anti-Crime, Tactical & Training Unit), and Lieutenant over School Resources.  Walker most recently served as Captain over School Resources.

 

Throughout his career, he has attended many law enforcement related schools, seminars and instructor certification courses, specializing in leadership, firearms, tactical operations and school safety management.  He is a graduate of the Calcasieu Parish Regional Law Enforcement Academy with numerous hours of post certification training.  He has been a Louisiana POST Certified Firearms Instructor since 2008, a NTOA (National Tactical Officers Association) Certified SWAT & Tactics and Live-Fire Shoothouse Instructor and a CSAT (Combat Shooting and Tactics) Tactical Rifle Certified Instructor. He has SRO Management and School Safety Assessments Certifications with NASRO (National Association of School Resource Officers) and is a recipient of the FBI-LEEDA Leadership Trilogy Award, the American Legion (Outstanding Public Service Award) 2018, and CPSO Enforcement Deputy of the Year Award.


Nicole Ory

Nicole Ory started her career at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office in 2004 as the supervisor over the Purchasing department, where she spent the majority of her career.

 

In 2018 Ory was transferred to Accounting, while still maintaining the position of Purchasing Supervisor. In 2020, she took on the role of Chief Financial Officer.

 

Throughout her career, Ory has attended many leadership training courses as well as training in governmental finance and public procurement.


Cinnamon Salvador 

Commander, Judicial Services   |  Email 


Pittman has had a career in law enforcement for over 20 years. He started his career at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office in 1994. 

 

Pittman has worked in numerous departments including Corrections, Enforcement, and Narcotics. Pittman also served as Assistant Director and Director of the CAT Task Force at separate times during his career. He most recently served as Captain over Special Services and was then transferred to Captain over Investigations. 

 

Throughout his law enforcement career, he has attended many law enforcement related schools and seminars. He is a graduate of the 263rd Session FBI National Academy.


Adrian Quintela

Chief Technology Officer  |  Email


Adrian Quintela joined the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office in 2009 as the Director of Computer Information Services, bringing over two decades of technology experience in leadership positions with global corporations in the engineering and manufacturing industries. He has a passion for service, law enforcement, technology, and innovation which have helped transform law enforcement operations and ensure a safer Calcasieu Parish community. He and his team continue to redefine what's possible in law enforcement through technology-driven solutions.

 

Quintela has completed many training courses in technology, law enforcement, and leadership.  He served as an Avionics Technician in the United States Marine Corps and currently volunteers as an Instrument Rated Pilot.  He is a graduate of the Calcasieu Parish Regional Law Enforcement Academy and holds a bachelor of science in business information systems from Indiana Wesleyan University.


Jeff Cole

Commander, Administrative Services  |  Email


Jeff Cole began working at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office in 1996.  During his career, he has worked in several divisions, including Corrections, Patrol, and ACT-Team (Anti-Crime, Tactical & Training Unit). 

 

Cole has spent the majority of his career in Narcotics, working as a K9 handler and Interdiction Officer.  He served as Lieutenant and Assistant Director over the Calcasieu Parish Drug Task Force.  In 2017, Cole transitioned into the role of CPSO Risk Manager, and was later promoted to Captain over the Finance Division.

 

Cole has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from McNeese State University. Throughout his career, Cole has attended numerous specialized law enforcement, management, and leadership trainings. He is a board member for Oasis and the Education and Treatment Council of SW Louisiana. 


Daniel Burkhalter

Daniel Burkhalter began his career at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office in 1991.  While employed at CPSO he has worked in Investigations and Corrections.  He most recently served as Warden over the Calcasieu Correctional Center. 

 

He is a graduate of the Calcasieu Parish Regional Law Enforcement Academy with numerous hours of post certification training. Burkhalter holds a degree in criminal justice from McNeese State University.  He has attended numerous trainings and seminars relating to corrections and leadership. 


Kayla Vincent

Public Information Officer  |  Email


Kayla Vincent began her career at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office in 2009 in the ID/Records Division.  From 2011 until 2012, Vincent served in a support role in the Enforcement Division until she accepted a new role as the Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Chief Deputy.  In 2014, her position transitioned to a dual-purpose role, also serving as the Community & Media Relations Assistant.  In 2020, she was promoted to Public Information Officer, serving Sheriff Tony Mancuso.

 

Throughout her career, she has attended many law enforcement and community and media relations training courses.  She is a certified Crime & Intelligence Analysis through California State University, Sacramento.  She is a member of the National Information Officers Association, where she has been a past presenter at the National Conference.  She has been involved in several civic organizations, and currently serves on the Communications Committee for the Alliance to Fight Human Trafficking in SWLA.
