1.To present a Fee Schedule, by Ordinance No. 2024-1 of the Calcasieu Parish Law Enforcement District, which provides for and/or outlines payment of “reasonable” copying costs for Public Records in advance, including transmission of electronic records, all in accordance with the Louisiana Public Records Laws and the provisions set forth in the statutes therein;
and
2. Approve, adopt and sign Ordinance No. 2024-1 of the Calcasieu Parish Law Enforcement District with reference to said Fee Schedule. A copy thereof shall be retained in the archives of my office; and to set forth and publish/display same in the manner provided by law.
