Lake Charles, LA –

During further investigation, on February 23, detectives along with the assistance of the CPSO ACT-Team and Special Operations Group, served a search warrant on a home on Cedar Street in Lake Charles in reference to the cases.  During the execution of the warrant detectives made contact with two residents, Allen W. Lebleu, 31, who were hiding inside the home.  Detectives located numerous identification cards, social security cards, debit & credit cards, checks, and mail inside the residence.

Woodard was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with theft $1,000 - $5,000; forgery; and bank fraud, in connection with one of the cases.  Judge Tony Fazzio set his bond at $75,000.  Woodard also had several active warrants through CPSO, Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office, DeQuincy Police Department, and 14th JDC.  Lebleu was arrested on outstanding warrants through CPSO, Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office; and contempt of court.
