CPSO SEARCHING FOR DRIVER OF TRUCK INVOLVED IN HIT & RUN

Lake Charles –

 

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a hit and run that occurred around 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 31 at a local club on S. Cities Service Highway in Sulphur. 

 

During the initial investigation detectives learned a truck was backing out of a parking spot when it struck a parked car.  The driver did not stop and left the scene.  Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives attempted to locate the suspect’s truck but have been unsuccessful.  They are asking anyone who can identify the truck seen in these photographs, or anyone with information related to the case to contact CPSO at (337)491-3846 and reference case number 23-2135.

 

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged.   A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
