In the early hours of Sunday, August 28, and again on Saturday, November 12, the suspect seen in this photograph entered the property at a local refinery in Westlake and sole over $25,000 worth of copper wire.
The suspect is described as a white male with a duck tattoo on his right forearm. If anyone has any information call Crime Stoppers at 439-2222.
