CPSO ARRESTS MAN FOR OBSCENITY

Lake Charles, LA –

 

On September 21, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives received a complaint in reference to obscenity that occurred on Sampson Street in Westlake. 

  

During the initial investigation detectives were advised by the victim an unknown man driving next to her honked at her and then exposed himself.  After further investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect as Issac W. Mullins, 21, Westlake.  After further investigation, he was arrested on September 30 and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with obscenity.  He was released later the same day on a $15,000 bond set by Judge Clayton Davis.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged.   A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
