CPSO ARRESTS MAN FOR SEXUAL BATTERY

Lake Charles, LA –

 

On January 5 Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives received a complaint in reference to Garrin N. Solari, 29, 212 Ashland Street, Lake Charles, having inappropriate sexual contact with a child under the age of 10. 

 

During the investigation detectives were advised the incident occurred in December 2021, while the victim was at Solari’s residence.  On January 24, after further investigation, Judge Tony Fazzio signed a warrant for Solari’s arrest in the amount of $350,000.  Later the same day he was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with sexual battery.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged.   A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
