Under the 2020 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Local Formula Solicitation, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is proposing the procurement of approximately 390 Narcan overdose treatment kits. This grant has an allocation of funding by the Bureau of Justice Assistance totaling $31,735.
The application for federal assistance under this grant is due by August 19, 2020 and comments from the public regarding this grant proposal are encouraged.
