Lake Charles –
On December 31 a Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office deputy responded to a department store on Highway 14 in Lake Charles in reference to a theft.
During the investigation detectives reviewed video surveillance from the store which showed a man, driving a black Chevrolet truck with a bed cover, steal a license plate off another vehicle in the parking lot. The suspect’s truck has a yellow sticker on the tailgate and two white stickers on the bed cover.
