CPSO LOOKING FOR HIT & RUN DRIVER
Lake Charles –
On November 8 a hit and run occurred at the intersection of E. Burton St. and Coach Williams Dr. in Sulphur at approximately 6:00 p.m. during heavy work traffic. The driver of the suspect vehicle, which is described as a newer model GMC pick-up truck, turned left from the stop sign on Coach Williams Dr into the path of the victim traveling east on E Burton St. Witnesses stated the white GMC pick-up truck sustained serious damage to the driver’s side and the driver may have been injured by the collision. The truck was last seen turning north on Woodland Dr. from W. Burton St. in Sulphur.
