Lake Charles –
Earlier this morning at approximately 10:30 a.m. Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives were notified in reference to a threat from a student at the Calcasieu Parish Alternative Site (C.P.A.S).
During the initial investigation detectives learned the 14 year old boy threatened to bring a gun to school and shoot up the school. When detectives spoke with the boy he confirmed he made the threat. He was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center and is charged with terrorizing.
CPSO Detectives Sharon Clarke and Tomas Juarez are the lead investigators in the case.
