CPSO ARRESTS MAN FOR 2 COUNTS OF UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY

Lake Charles –

 

On February 21, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Adam W. Person, 29, 458 Theriot Road, Lake Charles, after an investigation revealed he entered the victim’s residence, who was an ex-acquaintance, on two occasions without permission.

 

During the initial investigation it was discovered on February 9 Person entered the residence during the daytime hours, after the victim had advised him not to be on the property.  Once inside the home Person sent a photo of himself to the victim.  Again, on February 21 Person entered the residence and texted the victim stating he was inside.  When she returned home she observed a pack of cigarettes on the counter, which Person stated he left.  Deputies cleared the residence but did not locate Person. 

  

A short time later Person was located and transported to CPSO for questioning.  When detectives spoke with Person he confirmed he entered the victim’s residence on both occasions without her permission.  He was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center.  Person is charged with 2 counts of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.  Judge Clayton Davis set his bond at $10,000.     

 

It is still unknown how Person gained entry into the residence.
