Lake Charles, LA –
Earlier this afternoon at approximately 2:45 p.m. Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched in reference to a body found in the Bayou D’Inde.
Deputies responded to the area by boat and confirmed there was a deceased body in the water. During the investigation, detectives were able to identify the man as Gregory P. Cass, 50, Sulphur.
The initial investigation does not indicate any signs of trauma and foul play is not suspected at this time; however, the Calcasieu Parish Coroner’s Office will determine cause of death.
