CPSO ARRESTS MAN FOR AGGRAVATED CRIME AGAINST NATURE & 1ST DEGREE RAPE

Lake Charles, LA –

 

On January 19 the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint regarding Dustin D. Hebert, 33, Lake Charles, having inappropriate sexual contact with a 13 year old female family member.  During the investigation the victim advised detectives that Hebert inappropriately touched her and raped her on more than one occasion. 

 

When detectives spoke with Hebert he confirmed the allegations against him and stated he had been sexually abusing the girl since she was approximately 5 years old.  On January 31 he was arrested and booked in the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with aggravated crime against nature; and 1st degree rape.  Judge Clayton Davis set his bond at $1 million.
