Lake Charles –
On September 10 the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint in reference to Bryson E. Parfait, 25, 1003 18th Street, Lake Charles, having a sexual relationship with a 16 year old girl he met on social media. Detectives learned Parfait had inappropriate sexual contact with the victim multiple times over approximately 4 months. The victim also told detectives they exchanged nude photographs and videos on their cell phones.
On September 18, when detectives questioned Parfait, he confirmed he had sexual contact with the victim on at least seven occasions. He was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with 7 counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile; and pornography involving juveniles. Judge Clayton Davis set his bond at $20,000.
