Lake Charles –
On August 19 at approximately 9:40 a.m., a Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted a stop near the intersection of Common Street and E. McNeese Street in Lake Charles for a traffic violation. When deputies spoke with the driver, Randy R. Gallow, 40, 718 Tallow Road, Lot 13, Lake Charles, they discovered Gallow, a sex offender who was convicted of oral sexual battery in 2005 in Baton Rouge, did not possess his sex offender ID Card which is required by law for all registered sex offenders.
Gallow was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with failure to comply with sex offender identification requirements; and a traffic violation.
