Lake Charles, LA –
On June 1 the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint regarding Ted R. Clark, Sr., 64, 190 Jimmy Williams Road, Starks, having inappropriate sexual contact with a 15 year old girl in March. The victim stated Clark told her he needed her help to find a dog kennel outside behind her home and then asked if they could go inside. Once inside the home the victim stated Clark inappropriately touched her.
On July 25, after further investigation, Clark was arrested and booked in the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with aggravated crime against nature. Judge Michael Canaday set his bond at $200,000.
