CPSO LOOKING FOR MISSING LAKE CHARLES MAN

 

UPDATE: James Lyons has been located.  He arrived at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office today, June 29, after learning that authorities were searching for him. 

 

 

 

Lake Charles –

 

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is looking for a 50 year old Lake Charles man that has been reported missing since Wednesday, June 22. James “Jimmy” or “Jim” Dalton Lyons, II was last seen leaving his home on Portsmouth Lane in Lake Charles midmorning on June 22. Lyons is described as a white male, 5’7”, 210 pounds, mostly bald, with a brown/gray beard. He has a medical tattoo on his right wrist stating he is allergic to penicillin and Cleocin. He was last seen wearing a blue jean shirt and shorts, black socks, and black shoes.

 

Lyons drives a 2000 black F150 pickup truck with Louisiana tag C111848. Located on the on rear window of the truck is a faded Duck Dynasty sticker that says "Happy Happy.”

 

Lyons suffers from medical issues which require daily medication and has also expressed a desire to harm himself.

 

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in locating Lyons. If anyone sees him or knows of his whereabouts, please contact CPSO Detective Kent Johnson at 494-4523.
