CPSO Re-Arrests Man After Violating Conditions Of His Bond

Lake Charles --

In September 2014, Erick G. Gragg, 36, 6887 Earl Ellender Rd., Sulphur, was arrested by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with molestation of a juvenile.  A condition of his release on bond was that he was to have no contact with the juvenile victim of his crime and that he was to have no unsupervised contact with any other child.

On April 22, the Sheriff’s Office received information Gragg had possibly violated the conditions of his bond by having contact with the juvenile victim, and in a separate incident, having unsupervised contact with at least one other child.  Detectives met with him who confirmed the allegations.

Judge David Ritchie ordered Gragg’s bond revoked and he was booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

CPSO Detective Cinnamon Salvador is the lead investigator on this case.
