Detectives with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office Sex Crimes Unit are attempting to locate an unknown male in reference to a forcible rape. He is known to frequent Club Y2K, which is located on Broad Street and Kings Travel Plaza, which is located at Shattuck Street and I-10 in Lake Charles.
The man sells clothing belts outside of those establishments. He appears to drive a blue Dodge full size truck, possibly a four door or extended cab truck with a bed cover and oversized rims. He answers to the name of “Ceasar”.
