Lake Charles, LA –
Earlier this morning around 4:30 a.m. Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a residence in a mobile home park located off Highway 90 E. in Lake Charles in reference to a disturbance.
When deputies arrived at the home, they located a man and dog deceased inside the residence. The investigation is in the preliminary stages, but it appears the incident is domestic in nature. Detectives currently have a person of interest in custody.
The investigation is ongoing, the coroner will determine cause of death.
