The Law Enforcement District is purchasing the following described property from Sulphur Parks and Recreation:
The South 5 acres of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W/2 of NW/4 of SW/4) of Section 3, Township 10 South, Range 10 West, LESS AND EXCEPT the East 20 feet for public road right of way.
And
Any all rights to utility and drainage easement that was created in Vendor’s Lien recorded in Conveyance Book 2784, Page 565, File No. 2536942, and in said Act of Correction recorded in Conveyance Book 3577, Page 89, File No. 2918410.
