America where he developed a new training model program and assisted in writing curriculum and development of on-line training component. His law enforcement experience spans 20 years, with 10 years as a deputy at the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office working in Corrections, Patrol and Public Relations - and the other 10 years as a D.A.R.E State Training Center Coordinator at the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office. He is a graduate of LSU-Shreveport.
